Questions

Frequently asked

A licensed engineer visits your site to inspect the foundation, columns, beams, and any visible cracking or damage, evaluates the structure's seismic and load capacity against NSCP 2015, and delivers a written engineering report with findings and recommendations.
The site visit itself takes a few hours depending on building size. The written report is delivered within 5 business days.
The report includes specific recommendations — this might mean a retrofit, a repair scope, or design changes to a planned renovation. If you want AEDO to handle the follow-up work, that's quoted separately based on the findings.
It's a common reason clients book an assessment — having a licensed engineer check the structure before you commit to a purchase.
