What services does Aedo Construction offer?

Aedo Construction is an NSCP-compliant design-build firm. In Negros Oriental, our home base, we handle full design-build: architectural, structural, electrical & plumbing design plus in-house construction and fit-out. Nationwide, we provide the same complete design plus remote construction oversight of the local contractor you hire. All backed by our own engineering apps (BuildX NSCP Kit, Unit Cost Analysis, BuildX Construction Manager, PhotoStruct, and Receipt Scanner).

Is Aedo Construction NSCP-compliant?

Yes. All structural designs follow NSCP 2015, AISC 360-10, and ACI 318M-2011 standards. Our in-house engineers cross-check every project against these codes.

What areas of the Philippines does Aedo Construction serve?

We have completed projects in Davao, Makati, Cavite, Samar, Tarlac, Negros, and Zamboanga, and accept commissions nationwide.

BuildX NSCP Kit is ₱499 for lifetime access. One license works on iPhone, Android, and any web browser.
