AEDO Construction OPC is a design-build, structural and building-services engineering firm founded in 2021, registered in Bais City, Negros Oriental. We design and build across the province, and deliver permit-ready design anywhere in the Philippines. Everything structural is checked against NSCP 2015 and sealed by a PRC-licensed civil engineer — and our MEPFS work carries the sign-off of a DOLE-Accredited Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE).
Most building problems are decided before anyone pours concrete
The expensive failures we get called about — cracked columns, a permit rejected at the counter, a budget that doubled halfway up — almost never start on site. They start earlier, in a plan nobody checked properly, a quote written to win the job rather than to build the building, or a design where the architectural, structural and electrical drawings quietly disagree with one another.
AEDO was set up in 2021 to close that gap: keep design, engineering and construction under one accountable roof, put a licensed engineer's seal on the drawings, and give the owner real numbers before they commit rather than after. When something goes wrong on a project run this way, there is exactly one party to answer for it — and that is deliberate.

A DOLE-Accredited Professional Electrical Engineer, in-house
The PEE is the highest of the three PRC electrical licences. It is not a nice-to-have on a commercial project — Philippine law reserves specific work for it, and most design outfits have to hire that signature in from outside when it's needed. Ours is on the team.
Only a PEE can seal electrical plans
Under RA 7920, electrical plans, designs and specifications must be signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer — at any installation size. No other electrical licence can do it.
Your annual DOLE inspection, certified
Establishments must have their electrical installation inspected and certified safe every year. A PEE can certify at any size — small installations only, for the lower licences. Read what the rule actually requires →
Design and sign-off don't get split
The engineer who designs your electrical system is the one accountable for certifying it — no coordinating between a designer, a separate signatory, and a maintenance contractor who've never spoken.

A DOLE-Accredited Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)
Our MEPFS work is signed off by a DOLE-Accredited PEE — the highest PRC electrical licence, the only one that can seal electrical plans, and the accreditation behind the annual electrical safety inspection DOLE requires of establishments, at any installation size.
Codes we actually work to
NSCP 2015 for structural design, the National Building Code for permitting, BP344 for accessibility, and ACI 318M / AISC 360 for concrete and steel detailing. Not decoration — these are what the calculations are checked against.
A registered corporation, not a side practice
AEDO Construction OPC is a registered One Person Corporation. Contracts, quotations and official receipts are issued under the company — which matters when a bank, an employer, or a building official asks.
Partner network for work outside the province
For clients outside Negros Oriental who want construction handled too, we work with a vetted contractor network rather than pretending to have crews everywhere. You are told plainly who is building and who is engineering.
