No. This is for owners who already have (or are hiring) their own contractor and want an independent engineer checking that contractor's work — not AEDO self-performing construction. If you want AEDO to design and build directly, that's our Design & Build service, currently in Negros Oriental only.
No. We can oversee a project designed by another architect or engineer, as long as we have the approved drawings and BOQ to verify against. If you don't have plans yet, we can prepare them first.
Nationwide. This is a design-and-monitoring service, not self-performed construction, so it isn't limited to our Negros Oriental home base.
The report documents it with evidence — photos, measurements, cost variance — so you have a factual basis to raise it with your contractor, whether that means a rework request, a payment hold, or a design clarification.
A single milestone check starts at ₱7,500. Monthly oversight starts at ₱15,000, depending on project size and visit frequency. Full-project oversight is quoted after a free consultation.
