For commercial spaces elsewhere in the Philippines we prepare the complete design and permit set and oversee your contractor remotely, with progress reports, cost tracking and quality checks.

A PMS contract puts your electrical panels, grease traps and drainage, aircon and building fabric on a fixed inspection and servicing schedule instead of waiting for something to fail during business hours. It is billed monthly on an annual contract, and each electrical inspection comes with a report signed by a licensed electrical engineer.

Business permits are renewed by 20 January and need a current Fire Safety Inspection Certificate. Before you file, a licensed engineer walks your building and checks the items inspectors look at: exits and egress, exit signs and emergency lights, extinguishers, electrical panels and visible wiring faults. You get a one-page list of what to fix. We do not issue the FSIC; the Bureau of Fire Protection does.
