On site now (September 2026): a pickleball court build in Manjuyod, with footings and column pedestals complete, and electrical preventive maintenance plus drainage works for a restaurant in Dumaguete City.

What We Check in Tayasan

Tayasan was the epicentre of the 2012 earthquake and showed liquefaction, so low coastal lots need a soil investigation before the foundation is designed, and hillside lots need a landslide check.
