Full design — architectural, structural, electrical & plumbing — plus remote construction oversight for Bacolod and Negros Occidental, same-island reach from our Negros Oriental base, no ferry crossing required. You hire the local contractor; we design it and keep it on track.
We haven't completed a Bacolod project yet — we're upfront about that. What we can show is real, finished work from the same island, by the same team that would handle your Bacolod build.
Full structural analysis and design featuring complex radial steel trusses, long-span framing, and NSCP-compliant seismic detailing.
Complete structural design for a 210 sqm commercial building — every structural detail optimized for efficiency, safe, and code-compliant.
Structural, commercial, and residential engineering — with site visits and full remote project support for Bacolod-based clients.
Architectural, structural, electrical & plumbing design — a full multi-discipline plan set, BOQ, and specifications, stamped by PRC-licensed professionals and ready for your local building permit.
NSCP 2015-compliant structural drawings, seismic analysis for Bacolod's Zone 4 classification, and foundation design by licensed PRC engineers.
Post-incident or pre-purchase structural evaluation for existing Bacolod buildings — a ₱5,000 flat-rate, 5-day report from a licensed engineer.
You hire the on-site contractor; we design it and monitor it — weekly reports, photo updates, and cost tracking to keep your build on plan. We do not self-perform construction outside Negros Oriental.
Is Aedo Construction based in Bacolod?
Aedo Construction is based in Bais City, Negros Oriental — on the same island as Bacolod, roughly a 3-4 hour drive across Negros, with no ferry crossing required. We take on Bacolod and Negros Occidental projects with site visits and full remote project support.
Has Aedo completed a project in Bacolod specifically?
Not yet — Bacolod and Negros Occidental are a market we're expanding into from our home base on the same island. What we can show is real, completed work in Negros Oriental: a large-span steel Cockpit Arena in Manjuyod and a 2-storey commercial building in Canlaon City, both fully NSCP-compliant. We're upfront that a Bacolod project isn't in our portfolio yet — the same-island track record and licensing are what stand behind any new Bacolod commission.
What is the seismic zone for Bacolod?
Bacolod, like most of the Visayas, is in Seismic Zone 4 under NSCP 2015 — the higher of the code's two seismic zones. Every Aedo structural design includes full seismic base shear analysis per NSCP 2015 Section 208.
How much does structural design cost in Bacolod?
